Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
For orders containing only stickers, free non-tracked shipping is provided. If you would like your packaged to be tracked please upgrade a sticker-only order at checkout to include that option.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to United States and Canada. Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with reliable shipping carriers, delivery delays can occasionally occur. If your package appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at megandseadesigns@gmail.com and we will assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage so we can help resolve the issue.
